“‘The Lord is my rock, my fortress and my deliverer; my God is my rock, in whom I take refuge.  He is my shield and the horn of my salvation, my stronghold.  I call to the Lord, who is worthy of praise, and I am saved from my enemies.’ Psalms 18:2-3

May the Lord, bless you today.  Remember there is no one that can hurt you if you stay grounded on the Rock…you are His chosen for the appointment that you are in.  We may not always feel that way or understand why we have to face what we are facing, but I know, and I believe, that God is in control and He has already been where you are going.  He has already prepared the way for you.

Be obedient and follow His calling for your life…share is love with those you meet, if you have to, speak to them.  Let God use you today.  He is your STRENGTH and your REFUGE.  Rest in that knowledge.

You have been prayed for and you are loved.”

That was an email that I sent out to friends of the ministry today.  I had no expectations of response, nor of my thoughts being of any importance for their day.  But I was shocked when I received responses from so many saying how much they needed to hear those words.  Many have struggled with people under their leadership, others with decisions that were being made, others with just a desire to feel secure in such an unsecure time.

I was blessed to have an opportunity to be used by God to give such an encouragement to my friends.  Lord, when I need your strength to make it through the day, You give it to me through the thanks of others.  What an encouragement they were to me.

Thank you for listening and giving me an opportunity to share my love for my God, “my rock, my fortress and my deliverer…in whom I take refuge…my shield, my salvation, my stronghold…”
